Melinis Store

Seaberry Melinis tames the wild taste of sea buckthorn.
We have worked on two ranges - with acacia honey and with polyfloral honey, and on each range with two concentrations of sea buckthorn and a whole version of the fruit.
For polyfloral honey we use the creaming method. Each product has its own charm and it can be hard to decide. The important thing is to start and explore.

Each Melinis is a new gastronomic experience, which impresses with unique textures, strong aromas, perfect tastes and bright colors.
Some of the products contain fruit pieces (sour cherries, quince, pears, blueberries, plums) and have a bit of a sweetness aspect but when consumed you immediately see that it is something completely special. Other products somewhat resemble jams or jelly (raspberries, sea buckthorn) but only until you taste them and see that it is something completely different.
Melinis do not contain sugar, are 100% natural and can be stored at room temperature even after opening.
